WATCH: York Police K-9 Doing Push-ups Is The Cutest Thing Ever

Officers from the York, Maine Police Department have been doing 22 push-ups a day for 22 days throughout the community for a good cause -- to raise awareness about veteran and police suicide in the United States. Gunther is the York German Shepherd police dog, and he is also doing the "22 push-ups for 22 days" challenge with his handler, Officer Rogers.

Gunther is almost four years old and comes from Slovakia, according to the Town of York Police Department website. In his bio, it says Gunther "enjoys all aspect of his work, especially building searches… and barking from his cruiser."
