Let's be honest here, the last couple days with temps kissing 50 have been pretty darn sweet. Sometimes that's even enough to fool us into thinking winter is over. Sadly, however, such is just not the case.

According to News Center Maine, as we move into midweek, another area of low pressure will move in and will bring with it some plowable snow.

It looks like Central Maine will pick up just snow Wednesday night through Thursday morning to the tune of around 3". Then, as temps begin to climb Thursday morning, we'll see a transition to rain/snow and then just all rain.

With temps climbing to just under 40 midday Thursday, we'll probably see a considerable amount of melting, and probably some icing in dirt lots and driveways.
