Comedy Night With Krazy Jake To Benefit Connor’s Fight With Chiari

I'm sure you've seen me use the term 'chiari' during the past year.  If not, let me briefly tell you about it.  Chiari Malformation (pronounced: Key R ee) ...in layman's terms...is when your brain falls below your skull into your spinal column.  To say it hurts is an understatement.  I've birthed 4 children without pain meds...that 'hurt'.  Chiari is 10 steps above 'hurt'.  I know, because, I have chiari and so does my fellow Chiari Warrior, Connor.

Connor is only 3 years old and it breaks my heart to witness him struggle with his pain.  At least I know and understand what's causing it.  Connor does not.  Unfortunately, to find a doctor who understands Chiari Malformation and how to properly treat it is like finding a needle in a haystack.  The closest Neurosurgeon who has experience is in New York City.  Aside from the medical costs that come with this disease, there are also travel expenses.  Patients can anticipate staying in NYC for up to a month or longer.
