I got a brand new television show this Saturday afternoon on A & E, it's called 'Fit to Fat to Fit'. The quick premise of the show is that a person who is overweight spends four months with a personal trainer to workout and to change their diet habits. But, there is a twist to this show.

The personal trainer spends four months prior gaining weight, so that when they train with the person they are helping, they are both taking that journey to lose the weight together.

The show really fired me up and on the show's website they have diet and workout plans to follow. I am really tempted to see what it takes to apply being on the show!

The show is created by Drew Manning. It's not just a television show, there is a book, diet and workout plan.
