So it is no secret that Quinn is a large human being. I have never been small but i'm getting a little bigger than i'd like to be. So I did some googling to find new diets I can try, so far none had worked in my whole life and i've tried a lot, juicing, keto, Nutrisystem, but so far nothing had worked. But this past week I think I found one that can work. It's called the 16:8 Fast. Basically I can only eat 8 hours a day while I fast the other 16. The key to this diet is consistency, choose 8 hours and keep those hours consistent. So I won't eat anything until Noon (my work schedule makes this the best time to start), drinking water and juice in the morning. While eating healthier for the 8 hours.
