The Boys & Girls Clubs of Kennebec Valley has served the community for over 20 years. Their current Clubhouse is located in the old Pray St. School building which was built in 1956.

Given the age of the building, extensive maintenance required and current state guidelines with COVID 19, the building has reached the end of its useful life. A new Clubhouse is needed now more than ever.

Thankfully, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Kennebec Valley is one step closer to breaking ground on a new building after meeting a fundraising challenge which made a major difference. According to WABI TV, back in November an anonymous donor made a challenge to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Kennebec Valley to collect $1 million by December 31st.....and if they did, the donor would match the amount. Well, they did raise the million and it was matched by the donor.

They are getting closer everyday but, they are still not there yet and they can use your help!

They are just over a million away from their ten million dollar goal. Help spread the word and consider donating to their Capital Campaign. One time donations are welcomed as well as multi-year commitment.
