The 2014 Masters is in the history books and this year’s winner is Bubba Watson. Watson won the green jacket in 2012 on the final hole. This year he had a three stoke lead going into the 18th hole and had Masters won. Watson finished 8 under.

Second place finisher, 20 year old Jason Spieth, who tied for second place with Jonas Blixt at 5 under, was hoping to become the youngest winner in Masters history (Tiger Woods currently is) and had the lead by 2 strokes going in to the eighth hole but missed a 4 foot putt on the eighth and ninth holes to fall two shots back of Watson and Bubba never gave up the lead. Spieth hit the water on the 12th hole for a bogey and couldn’t regain his earlier momentum.
