Buzz & Kristi Extra: Kristi Makes Copycat Harry Potter Butterbeer

Buzz and I are both fresh off of vacation, and with all the talk of fun foods and drinks each of us enjoyed on our travels, I mentioned the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and just how amazing the Butterbeer is. I learned that Buzz hadn't visited the Wizarding world; therefore, Butterbeer was something that he hadn't tried.

I knew I needed to make him my own version. My family is a huge fan of Harry Potter, so I have basically perfected the Butterbeer recipe shortly after our very first visit. Let's say it was a huge hit with several people around the office.

Below you will find the video and recipe on how to make your own Butterbeer!

INGREDIENTS

• Heavy Whipping Cream
• Butterscotch Sauce
• Cream Soda

DIRECTIONS 

Butterbeer Drink

• 10-12 - Cream Soda Ice Cubes
• 1 Cup - Cream Soda
• 1 TBS - Butterscotch Sauce
• Blend Well

Butterbeer Cream Topping

• 1 Cup - Heavey Whipping Cream
• 1/4 Cup - Butterscotch Sauce
• Mix Until Frothy

Serve Butterbeer & Top with Butterbeer cream!
