With everyone trying to reach their weightloss goals, including me, people have been bombarding me with things I should do, eat or workouts I should look at. EVERYONE wants to help!

Well, here's a way to help yourself!

My Fitness Pal is an app you can put on your phone and take it with you anywhere you go! What it does is ask for your age, height, weight and fitness weightloss goal. Once you enter that, it will show you the maximum calories you should eat a day to lose weight.

Whatever goes in your mouth, you record on this app on the food diary, even water. You can search for specific foods like if you buy a microwave meal. They have the exact meal from the company and it shows the calories in the meal. The calories add up as you put more food in the diary.

You also record your exercise. Whether it's walking on a treadmill or something really intense, they have those different exercises in there, as well.

Remember, when you exercise, the amount of calories you burn is subtracted from the calories needed that day. So if you eat 1,000 calories and burn 500 calories working out, your calorie intake for that day would be 500 calories. That means, if you wanted to reward yourself with something sweet, you have that wiggle room to have that Hershey Kiss!
