A sure sign of spring is when the Jefferson Scoop opens for the season, and they have, according to their Facebook page.

If you've never been to the Jefferson Scoop, they are conveniently located right on Route 32 in Jefferson. They will be serving with spring hours from 12-8pm, and jump up to longer hours in the summer.

If soft serve is your thing, they have 6 to kick off the 2021 season, Vanilla, Chocolate, Coffee, & Caramel, plus two twists, Chocolate/Vanilla, and Coffee/Caramel. Black Raspberry will be along in a few weeks, and they are looking for customer suggestions for other flavors...Strawberry, Maple, Orange, Hazelnut?
