Maine Lobster Festival Seeking Recipe Submissions For A Cookbook
As someone that loves seafood, and loves to cook, I have a few recipes that I have perfected over the years but, how can I get them out there, pass them on to others that love great recipes too.
I've found the answer....The Maine Lobster Festival 75th Anniversary cookbook! According to a report by the Village Soup, the Maine Lobster Festival is currently seeking recipe submissions for the cookbook they are putting together for the big 75th year event.
This cookbook will feature inspiration and tried and true recipes that have been handed down for generations. The festival is looking for a variety of recipes for the cookbook however due to it being the "Lobster" festival they especially are seeking out recipes that focus in on our favorite crustacean.
Deadline for recipe submissions are Feb 7th. So, if you have a great recipe that you would like to share, and will be seen by thousands of people, this may be just what you need to cure the winter blues.
