Maine State Trooper Kneed Man Resisting Arrest – Is It Brutality? [VIDEO]

A video, that was released onto social media over weekend, is sparking a lot of debate.  In the video, a Maine State Police Trooper (who was responding to a domestic violence call) is trying to place the suspect under arrest.  When the suspect resists arrest, the trooper kneed him several times and even slapped him across the head a few times.

Many are stating the trooper didn't use enough force towards a belligerent man who clearly was resisting arrest...while others are saying it is police brutality.  See for yourself and make your own conclusion:
