Coming this Sunday, July 24 is the annual Open Farm Day in Maine. Farms throughout the state will open their gates to the public.

Open Farm Day gives the general public a chance to learn about the business of agriculture. Many farms will have demonstrations, displays, farm-raised products for sale. You’ll also experience barn and field tours, milking, hay rides, petting zoos, nature trails and samples for tasting.
