
Police Reportedly Investigating Shooting In Downtown Waterville
UPDATE
According to WMTW, the shooting victim was a 21 year old man. The article explains that he was shot in the leg. The victim is reportedly not cooperating with police.
The suspected shooter was seen leaving the scene of the incident. Last we knew, he had not been located.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the police.

According to eye witness accounts, police are reportedly investigating the shooting of a man on Friday night in downtown Waterville.
Details are slim, but we are being told that the incident happened near the corner of Silver Street and Main Streets sometime either just before or just after midnight.
Police were reportedly at the scene, investigating, until about 1 AM on Saturday morning.
The identity and the condition of the man who was shot have not been release.
There is also no word on whether or not the alleged shooter has been apprehended.
In recent years, that part of town, Main Street and The Concourse, have become known for their many great restaurants and bars.
Obviously, we hope the man who was shot will be okay. We will continue to update this story as more information becomes available.
