Rockland Welcomes New Walk-In Medical Clinic
The mid-coast has just welcomed a new medical facility that bridges the gap between the hospital emergency department and a primary care office.
Rockland is now home to the brand new Pen Bay Medical Center Walk-in Care Clinic. This new facility is located at 22 White Street in Rockland, which is directly behind the Rockland Public Library.
This new walk-in care medical clinic is open daily from 9am-7pm, with the exception of Wednesday when it is open from 9am-4pm.
There has been a need in the mid-coast area for some time to have a medical clinic that can treat patients that have injuries that are not life threatening or for individuals that do not have a primary care doctor.
The new Pen Bay Medical Center Walk-in Care Clinic treats burns, bruises, ear aches, cuts, headaches, STDs, rashes, sprains, UTIs, and more. Basically anything that requires medical attention but is not an emergency.
