Summer Cocktail Flavors With Damon's In Waterville

Another mixology adventure with Damon's Beverage & Redemption. Kristi & I recently stopped by Damon's at their newest location in Waterville.

Just in time for the warmer weather, Donald Damon had some great cocktail recipes to check out and some fine spirits to make those cocktail super delicious.

We started out tasting some Allen's Cold Brew, yes, the same Allen's as the infamous original coffee flavored brandy. The Allen's Cold Brew has a more intense flavor but also pairs equally well with milk.

Next on the tasting menu was some Allen's Cold Brew and instead of milk, Donald added some Kenny Chesney Blue Chair Bay Mango flavored rum and much to my surprise it was a lovely combination of flavors, and Kristi really liked as well.

In addition to Blue Chair Bay Mango flavored rum, Donald also had us sample some Blue Chair Bay Pineapple flavored rum which is great as a stand alone on ice or combined with the mango flavored rum and a splash of club soda to make a Mango Colada. Which was Kristi's favorite!

All in all these are some great summertime spirts and you can grab all of these flavors and so many more any Damon's Beverage and Redemptions around central Maine...Augusta, Waterville, Skowhegan, and Bangor.
