According to the KJ and a post on the Waterville Police Department Facebook page, police are looking for a man who robbed the Walgreen at Central Street and Main Street in Waterville at about 7 PM on the evening of February 11th, 2021.

The man, who appeared to be in his 50s or 60s, fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash and medication.

He is described as white and approximately being 5' 10" tall.  As you can see in the picture, he was wearing a dark hoodie, sunglasses, and a white mask.

The Facebook post says:

On 2/11/2021 at 7:13pm the Waterville Police Department responded to the Walgreens Pharmacy located at 210 Main Street for a reported robbery. Prior to the officers’ arrival, the suspect had fled the store on foot. Officers canvassed the area, and a K-9 track was conducted which was unsuccessful in locating the suspect. The lone male suspect approached the pharmacist and demanded prescription pain medication. The male made off with an undisclosed amount of medication as well as cash.

Even though we are just hearing about the incident, police have reportedly been following up on leads since the incident on the 11th.
