Even though it appears we are turning the corner (as far as the pandemic is concerned) here in Maine, out of an abundance of caution, the Kennebec River Brewfest will be a virtual event again this year.
Even though there is not better way to spend a summer afternoon than by having some beers and listening to live music with friends, there are some benefits to this event being "virtual". Instead of it happening on a specific day, you can celebrate Brewfest whenever, and wherever you want.
Each of the cooler bags will contain at least a dozen local brews and SWAG. They are $60 each and will be available at the Kennebec Chamber office in Augusta between June 29th and July 2nd - that way, you can celebrate Brewfest over the long Independence Day weekend.
Obviously, you will need to be 21+ to get the bags and will need to show ID when you pick them up.
