It’s Official! Ice Castles Returns to New Hampshire This Winter
New England has some great winter family attractions.
We are blessed to have thrilling tubing parks, epic ski resorts, Northern Lights at L.L. Bean, and the breathtaking lights of Gardens Aglow.
However, the most anticipated winter attraction has got to be Ice Castles New Hampshire.
A visit to Ice Castles is like stepping into a real life version of Disney's Frozen. Visitors of all ages are treated to a walk through a life sized castle made of ice. Even cooler, at night the castles are illuminated by thousands of LED lights.
This WBZ news report gives you a good idea of what the attraction is like:
The attraction also features snow tubing, the fairy village, a lighted forest walk, and a pub (for the adults).
Plus, there is a private spot called The Alcove. You can reserve a time to use this spot for a gathering. Can you imagine a better place to propose to your special someone? Yeah, we did not think so.
When will Ice Castles open for the season? That all depends on the weather. If the temperatures stay cold, we could see it open sometime in December. However, if it is warmer than normal, it may not open until sometime in January 2025.
The best way to stay on top of everything going on at Ice Castles New Hampshire is by keeping an eye on the attraction's website. While you are there, you can also sign up to get updates through the Ice Castles' email newsletter.
