According to Buy Biz Sell, iconic Midcoast Maine tourist attraction Perry's Nut House is for sale.

According to the realtor, the business was opened in 1927 by I. L. Perry as a store selling nuts (hence the name).  Now, they sell various gift items AND over 3,000 pounds of fudge each year.  That makes them the second largest producer of fudge in the state.  On top of the amazing fudge, they have a museum loaded with all kinds of unique stuff like alligator hides and a mummy.
