Despite the on-going pandemic, the maze must go on!

In 2020, The Maize At Sherman Farm celebrates 14 years of bringing families together.  This maze, set on a 12 acre corn field, was professionally designed, so it is challenging.  Fortunately, there are three phases to the maze - one for every ability level.  And, answering the "Cornundrums" (riddles and trivia questions) will help lead you in the right direction.

In addition to the maze itself, there are other attractions at the site.  There are corn boxes (like a sandbox, but filled with dried corn kernels), an animal petting area, a bounce pillow, and the Moo Express.  They also have concessions, including ice cream and the best apple cider donuts you've ever tasted.

Each year's maze has a different theme.  In the past, they have celebrated Tom Brady, the Boston Bruins, the University of New Hampshire Wildcats, and family.  This year's maze is all about growing you community by supporting local businesses.

As many families have struggled to find something to do this summer, cornfield mazes are the perfect option!  They are socially distant and allow you to get your exercise at the same time.

The Maize At Sherman Farm is located on the border between Fryeburg, Maine and North Conway, New Hampshire. This year's maze is set to open Saturday, September 19th.

Clearly, some of this is subject to change depending on the current status of the coronavirus pandemic.  Get all the details HERE
