Spring Storm Dumps Snow on Maine & New Hampshire – Check Out the Snow Totals Here
The winter of 2024-2025 has been the most wintery winter we have had in a few years.
The last few years have been kind of mild, with the exception of the severe rainstorms we had last year, of course.
This winter has been different. Even though it was what a 'normal' winter was like in Maine during the 90s and early 00s, it was kind of a shock for most of us. For about a month and a half, we got hit with at least one snow event each week. In some cases, we got smacked with several storms in a week.
When we started getting 50-degree days I think we all though that winter was over.
Apparently, not!
Monday's storm, which came as a surprise to many, brought significant snowfall to many parts of Maine and New Hampshire.

While late-March and April storms are uncommon, they do happen. During the winter of 2019 and 2020, one of the worst storms we got happen in April of 2020.
