Teenage Dating: 10 Rules For Dating A Daughter

I saw this passed around Facebook yesterday and some of the things are funny...the others should go without saying!

You always hear Rodney Atkins singing "Cleaning This Gun" and all dads say it's very true. They are VERY protective of their daughters. I think Alan Smyth got it right when he chose these 10 rules for dating his daughter:

1. Get a Job
2. Understand I don't like you
3. I'm everywhere
4. You hurt her, I hurt you
5. Be home 30 minutes early
6. Get a lawyer
7. If you lie to me, I will find out
8. She's my princess, not your conquest
9. I don't mind going back to jail
10. Whatever you do to her, I will do to you

As I said, some are funny and some are true. I think it's sweet to see dads wearing these. It makes us girls seem a little more loved...and safe!!! What do you think, Dads? Would YOU wear this?
