According to the Boys and Girls Clubs and YMCA at the Alfond Youth and Community Center Facebook page, they are hosting a community workout. This event is FREE and is suitable for the whole family and all fitness levels.

So, be sure to head out to the Wrigley Field, located on Matthews Avenue in Waterville on Thursday, Augusta 27th at 6:00. There is no registration for this free fitness event; you show up! Worried your kids might not be interested? No worries, there will even be a kid's based class that focuses on yoga and cardio for kids ranging from age 5-12.
