Having Trouble Finding A Camper To Purchase? We Found One!
Many Mainers learned a very important lesson during the pandemic - Maine is a GREAT place to have an outdoor adventure!
Because many of the entertainment venues we've enjoyed over the last few decades were closed over concerns they would cause the virus to spread, people flocked to outside activities like never before. Hiking, biking, boating, and camping!
This caused a shortage in the equipment needed for these activities... Like campers!
If you've had trouble finding a camper to purchase, you're not alone! The good news is that we have found one for sale on Facebook Marketplace.
According to the ad, it is a 2001 31 foot long Sunnybrook 5th wheel. It has two slideouts, so there is plenty of room for the whole family - as long as you actually like your family. It has a small, but functional kitchen, bunks, and a master bedroom.
Take a look...
2001 Sunnybrook Camper
The ad explains that it has been parked at a campground in Winthrop for the last fifteen years. It says that, when they closed it down last fall, there were no leaks and it was in good shape. There seems to be an issue with the thermostat that they are working on. Also, the fridge seems to take about a day to cool down, so they just leave it on for the whole season.
The asking price is $7,500 or best offer.
