I made a trip to the doctor's this week to get a few things checked out and put my mind at ease. If you missed that, you could read all about what I learned HERE.

Being new to yoga, I really had no idea where to start. I decided it was probably smartest to start with a new yoga mat, you know, to do the yoga on. However, yoga is not the only thing I need to make sure I'm doing. My doctor also recommended that I see a physical therapist for a few months and purchase some workout items to help me when I don't have PT.
