Snapchat is one of the most popular social media platforms with teens and young adults. The platform allows the sharing of pictures, videos, and text messages with other users. As a way to separate the platform from other social media options, recent marketing for Snapchat has promoted the platform as a great way for friends to connect, instead of as a place to get as many likes as possible.
