Sickly Looking – Potentially Rabid – Foxes In Central Maine

I'm, truly, overwhelmed at the amount of rabid animals seen around the state the summer.  But particularly, in Central Maine.  According to Chelsea, Maine - Neighborhood Watch, on Facebook, foxes are a cause for concern...

Do NOT approach any animal that appears to be sick.

There have also been 'potentially rabid' fox sightings in the Mayfair neighborhood in Augusta.
