Nature is a fluid thing. Things happen in their own time and not ours.  Take spring for example.  I was reading in the Farmers' Almanac (the orange and green from from Lewiston, Maine) that spring arrives for 2019 on the Vernal Equinox on Wednesday, March 20th, at 5:58 p.m. Eastern Time.  So the first FULL day of spring will March 21st.

The Farmers' Almanac also shared that the spring weather take a little time to arrive.
They are even predicting a storm around Easter weekend.

Time will tell.  But for now, all the snow is gone in my back yard so...we are getting there.
