Monday's storm was a good reminder that, even though we are officially into spring, it does not mean we have left all of the winter weather in the rearview.

Depending on where you are in New England, you got between a dusting of snow and a whopping 7" of the white stuff on Monday.

Fortunately for those who are not fans of snow, the weather warmed up on Tuesday, melting most of the snow quickly.

Enjoy the sunshine and warmer weather while we have it, though.  It does not look like it is going to last.

It appears that we will be slammed by another winter-esque storm this weekend.  In fact, it looks like this storm will come in two rounds.

Saturday's Weather

According to the meteorologists at WGME, the first round will roll into Northern New England early Saturday morning.  It will start with snow, but switch over to rain as the temperatures increase.

It is expected that the wintery mix will make travel conditions rough in some places.  You are going to want to allow extra time to get where you are going.

Sunday's Weather

Another round of nastiness is expected to roll into New Hampshire and Maine on Sunday.  Unlike Saturday's storm, though, this one will be mostly rain and freezing rain.

Again, this is likely to make travel rough in a lot of places.  Please use caution if you need to be on the road.

Monday's Weather

According to WGME, there is a chance that we could start Monday with a little bit of freezing rain.  As the temperatures increase, however, that is expected to switch to rain.
